Dainty Pride on Leather carries the same meaning as the original, just in a form that’s easier to wear day to day.
Fine-gauge pewter thread is paired with glass crystals and sterling silver beads, creating a line of color that catches light without taking over. Set on reindeer leather, it has a bit more structure and moves more easily through daily wear.
It doesn’t replace the original. It’s another way to wear it.

Each piece is made by hand in my Washington studio using traditional Sámi techniques and materials imported directly from Sweden.
Materials vary by design and may include reindeer leather, pewter thread, antler, copper, beads, sterling silver, or 14k gold. The pewter thread is an alloy of tin and silver. Small variations are part of the handwork, not flaws.

Your piece is made after your order is placed, and most are ready to ship in about two weeks. Intricate and custom work sometimes needs more time, so during busy seasons, please allow up to 30 days. Shipping time is additional. If you need your piece by a specific date or occasion, contact me before ordering so I can confirm the timing for you.
