RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All sales are final. Nomadic Artistry does not accept returns or issue refunds. We do, however, offer exchanges, workmanship support, and resizing as described below.

EXCHANGES

You may exchange your piece within three months of the purchase date for any reason, provided it is new and unworn. Please contact Nomadic Artistry before sending your piece back. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

QUALITY

Every Nomadic Artistry piece is made with care and quality materials. If an issue arises within the first six months after purchase, please contact us so we can assess it. Provided the care instructions for “Rule Followers” have been followed, the piece may be repaired or replaced free of charge.

RESIZING

Nomadic Artistry will downsize your bracelet free of charge within one year of the purchase date. After one year, downsizing costs $15 plus return shipping. Although uncommon, some pieces cannot be downsized.
