Shipping policy

PRODUCTION TIMING

Unless a piece is specifically identified as Ready to Ship, it is individually handmade after your order is placed. Most pieces are completed in approximately two weeks. During busy seasons, or for especially intricate or customized work, please allow up to 30 days for production. Shipping transit time is additional.

Pieces identified as Ready to Ship do not require the production period.

If you need your piece for a particular date or occasion, please contact augusta@nomadicartistry.com before ordering so the timing can be confirmed.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS AND COSTS

Nomadic Artistry ships within the United States and internationally to available destinations. Available shipping services and charges are shown at checkout.

DELIVERY

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been completed and transferred to the shipping carrier. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside Nomadic Artistry’s control.

Tracking information will be emailed when available.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless these charges are specifically shown as collected during checkout, they are the customer’s responsibility.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact augusta@nomadicartistry.com as soon as possible so we can help investigate.
